BRINGING THE BIBLE TO LIFE

Mark your calendars! Our church will be hosting the Bringing the Bible to Life conference. This conference presents historical geography, archaeology, the Hebraic background of Jesus, and the customs and culture of the Bible.
If you have ever wanted to travel to Israel or see the Bible through a geographical lens this is your opportunity. This would be an excellent conference for the entire family to attend.
Friday, November 17, 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, November 18, 8:00 a.m.
Dr. John Delancey, who will be leading the conference will be our guest speaker Sunday, November 19.
Sessions for the conference will be
“Physical Settings of the Bible”
“Connecting the Dots” – Geography of Israel
“Archaeology & the Bible”
“Hebraic Background of the Life & Ministry of Jesus”
“Jerusalem in the Old Testament”
“Jerusalem in the Days of Jesus”
“Manners & Customs of the Bible”
On Friday evening, we will serve pizza. Saturday morning we will serve donuts, fruit, and oatmeal prior to the conference. Soup and deli sandwiches will be served for lunch.
Cost for the conference is $10 per person. This cost includes the conference, workbook, and meals. Participants do need to register. You can register at HERE.
