We are having a special work site clean up that includes site and church cleaning, sweeping floors, dusting, and general cleaning. We will also be roasting hot dogs over an open fire and making s'mores. There is much that needs done, the more help, the better.

   All adults ages 60 and up are invited to join our M.A.P. Senior Adult Ministry. We participate in fun-filled day trips as well as gather periodically for a lunch at the church.
   Our next event will be a lunch at at church. Bring a friend and join us for a delicious meal and fellowship. The is no cost and no need to sign up. Everyone is invited.

   We are going to be having monthly work parties the second Tuesday of each month at the Heritage Center. The goal of these work parties is to assemble items, sort, and make items for the Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. For example, last month we put together pencil pouches that included pencils, colored pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, and other items.
   If you would like to help in other ways, we can always use the following:

• $10 donations to help with training and shipping. Each shoe box also includes three Christian books for the children. Mark an offering envelope “OCC”.
• ink pens
• combs
• Hot Wheels/Matchbox cars
• need individuals to make jump ropes.                                                                                                          

   If you are a member of Thrivent, you can use an action pack to help buy items for the shoe boxes. If you order the t-shirts, we need adult size small

  Enjoy a day of golf and help LifeWise Academy, New Lexington at the same time.The golf tournament will be at the Pumpkin Vine Golf Course, 1348 Pumpkin Vine, Road SE, Bremen. This is a four person scramble. Put a team together or sign up individually and we will put you with a team. Cost is $75 per person and includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, mulligan package, and lunch.
   Prizes include closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt, hole in one, and tournament winners
will be vying for prizes including $10,000 and a trip giveaway.
